The construction of this large detached dwelling and garage with granny flat and office accommodation is almost completed. The images illustrate that this is a relatively simple design, using a traditional form of building. There is a good relationship of solid walls to windows and doors, with windows vertical in proportion on both floors. The porch on the front elevation provides the entrance to the house and allows for a study area to the first floor. The roof spans along the width of the house, while both chimney breasts are external.
This 5 bedroom development is an excellent example of our ability to design and construct dwellings of a very high standard. Located on an elevated site on Burren Road, the house benefits from excellent views over Carlingford Lough.
